Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative at Port Charlotte Exterminators, you will:
- Generate Leads: Use door-to-door sales strategies to connect with potential customers and introduce them to our expert extermination solutions.
- Consult with Customers: Understand their pest issues and offer customized extermination plans that provide long-lasting results.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Earn Long-Term Income: Secure residual commissions from ongoing customer contracts.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll excel in this role if you:
- Have previous sales experience (experience in pest control sales is a plus but not required).
- Are great at customer service and relationship-building.
- Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Speak English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Port Charlotte, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
